I made this card for Sue Chaney and popped it in the mail today, soooo she hasn't even received it yet. In the meantime I figured I would enter it into a few challenges.

Moving Along With The Times - Bingo! Dies-Image-Gems/Pearls

I had a so much fun using My Favorite Things stamps and dies! I used daubers to add the blue to the "sky" and a piece of green cardstock for the "grass". I colored all my images using Copic marks and/or sparkle gel pens. I used a white pen for the little girlie's freckles and popped in a couple of gems for the flower's centers.

Since I'm in Florida I really felt I had to

join in on this challenge...

CASology Challenge 137 - TROPICAL

I masked a rectangle on a white layer and used daubers
to sponge in the colors for my "ocean" scene.
I used an Inkadinkado image to stamp the beach sign.
I added another layer of color and dotted lines around both
and mounted on to my white card base. Very simple!

I loved the snappy fold and great image. As always, Sue's detail
for embellishing is awesome!

 Last, but certainly NOT least is this cutesy little bear.
Softly colored, I love it, and the little hearts were
the right added touch!

In Florida!!

It's been a bit cool here in Florida and even COLD sometimes

BUT it's not single digits, or snow, or WI! The weather is 

ranging anywhere from 50s one day to 80s the next day. 

It's almost like living on Lake Michigan. hehe...Cooler by the 

lake, or OCEAN! For some pics and more info on my time

This stamp set is from My Favorite Things and was fun to color with my Copic markers. I added some clear lacquer to the lens of the binoculars.

Crafty Catz challenge 268 - use your die cuts

I just die cut out some circles and flowers. I stamped the leaves on white cardstock and placed behind the raise pattern paper. I shaped the die cut flowers and attached to card, adding the gems to add some sparkle. Simple card.

Quirky Crafts Challenge 4

I made this card for my daughter, Amber. Yes, cats ARE her best friends so this was perfect for this challenge.

I used one of Pinky Dolls adorable images for this challenge. Sadly, when I was coloring her face/cheeks got too dark because of some ink running, but I still thought she was ok. I added sparkle gel pens to her wings, eyes, and barret. Thanks for looking.

In Florida

I pack soooooooooo much of my stamp stuff to 

take down to Florida and yes, I do find some 

days too cool or wet to be outside, so, I stamp...and stamp! lol

This image is from A Day For Daisies and colored with Copic markers. I used a Gold Leafing pen for outlining the digi and an embossing folder and some bakers twine finished up all the layers!
