Crafter's Companion Signature Collection, Birthday Party

Crafter's Companion makes it so easy to create cards.
Here's my latest creation.
All products are Crafter's Companion except for the gems.
Signature Collection, Birthday Party
12x12 Paper Pad and Birthday Wish Die Cut.
For the sentiment, Gemini Clear Stamps - Joyful Phrases.
To make this card I first chose my papers, two different patterns, which was super easy with the paper pad! Everything in the pad is coordinated and it also includes punch out accents. I cut the main base for my card, 5 1/2" x 11" and scored it, long side, at 5 1/2" and 8 1/4". The smaller piece is cut 4 1/2" x 8 1/4, score it, long side, at 3" and 5 3/4". Fold each like this.
Apply adhesive to each edge of the smaller piece and center on the larger piece and attach. Make sure it folds correctly.

Next, take the Happy Birthday die cut. Cut just the circle in one color and the words, using the circle die cut as well, in a matching accent color.
I took the word portion and ran it through my Xyron Create-a-Sticker Mini.

Remove it from the backing and just attach it to the
cut out circle.
There is always a bit of adhesive remaining around the inside so I sprinkled a little glitter on it. This is optional but it adds a pretty sparkle.

I cut a small piece of white cardstock to put inside with the sentiment.
All the additional accents are right from the pad.

I added my choices and a few gems.

I used some pop dots to raise up the Happy Birthday and tabs. That pretty much completes the card.

Here's my card!
This was a beautiful digi and I enjoyed using my Copics to color it. Since the image was so lovely I didn't want to add much to the card to take away from it.
So, a few coordinating gems and some pretty
layers was all that was needed.
Thanks for stopping by!!

Here's my card!
This is such a great image and it's perfect for my hubby's Father's Day. I colored him with my Copics and cut him out. Way too much cutting. LOL! Found a couple of papers that seemed to work for my layer. I sponged some ink around the edge of the solid piece and stamped my sentiment. Yes, the "day" is off, but...oh well!! 😊

I attached some black twine with a cute little fish charm to finish the fishing rod. I used mounting tape to raise my fisherman and the fish charm for dimension. Naturally I had to use some crystal lacquer for the shades. Actually they were just glasses but Greg doesn't wear his cheaters fishing! LOL!

Crafter's Companion Card for a Friend, of a Friend, to the Mother of the Friend

You will NOT want to miss out on all the fabulous Crafter's Companion products. AAAA-mazing stuff!!
You can also find Crafter's Companion products on HSN
Here's a card I made by request. A friend asked me to make a Mother's Day card for a friend to give to his mother. Since my mother has died I am delighted to try to bring some joy to another mother. Here's what I made.
I made the card 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 and scored some borders. Using the same cardstock I used I cut out the stunning floral using the new Crafter's Companion Die'sire, Floral Bouquet. It's a stunning diecut! Next, I took some vellum and use just the outer two die cut pieces for behind the main floral cut. I attached the two together by running the floral cut through my Xyron machine. I colored the flowers, from the back, using those awesome Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers. A few gems were added to complete the outside. For the inside I repeated the same process and used just part of the die cut to add to the inside of the card. Taking some Luxury Mirror Cardstock I die cut out my "Happy Mother's Day" sentiment. I added just a vellum piece of the floral die cut to add to the inside too. I made a coordinating envelope and my friend's, friend's, mother should be happy! LOL

Here are the products used to create this card.

Here's a project I made using some new items.
This card was so easy to make and it looks like so much more. I started by running a piece of watercolor cardstock through the Gemini using a Sheena 3D embossing folder. Pretty easy so far. Using the brand new Spectrum Noir AquaTint markers I began my "coloring." I added a bit of color with the markers and blended out with a waterbrush.

It was amazing at the simplicity of following the raised portion of the embossed image. I adore easy and simple. I used a Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle pen for the stunning glitz. Faith was die cut out of Luxury Mirror Cardstock. Then I just made my layers. One layer was Luxury Sparkle Cardstock. Oooo La La.
These are the products that made this creation possible.

Here's my card!
I will admit that this card took me a bit of time to create. Anytime I color a larger image it's time consuming and I am seldom happy with the final outcome, but I do think this is ok. I love the stamp set. I stamped the image once on my card front and once to use as a mask. Then, using my new Spectrum Noir AquaTint markers I create the watercolor background. Then, after I removed the mask, I used Copic markers to color my image. The sentiment was stamped and I used some black twine and a little "friend" charm to finish the front. A couple of layers later and that's it!

here ya go
Here is a project I made.
I used an oval mask on watercolor cardstock. Taking the new Spectrum Noir AquaTint markers (Ah-mazing!!) I outlined the right rim of the mask with blue pen from the Spectrum Noir AquaTint Glitz and Glamour set, then removed the mask and used the pink from the same set to blend outward. Using a waterbrush I blended the colors together to create the effect shown. These fabulous pens match the Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens. I used the clear sparkle pen for the added sparkle. Can we say BLING!
The sparkle in the photo doesn't do it justice.
It's STUNNING.
I heat set the color a bit before I stamped my tree and sentiment from the new Sheena set "Winter Trees." Be on the lookout for this beautiful set from Crafter's Companion. For my layers, a piece of Luxury Sparkle cardstock was added for some additional pop! It turned out perfect!
Here are the products I used to create this card!
