PIP Challenge 1705

Pammie's Inky Pinkies
Challenge 1705
All PIP challenges are ANYTHING GOES!
THIS 5th Monday of the month has the theme
"Celebrate"
so let's do that!!
Head over and join in the fun NOW!

Here's my card for the challenge!

I loved this image but the balloon kind of scared me since
I generally mess them up. lol.. This balloon didn't
disappoint me. I think my Copic markers worked a bit
of magic. Of course the FSJ Glaze helped it look more
real! I used a glossy piece of red cardstock to accent the
shine of the balloon. A tiny tag "celebrate" added to the
balloon string and a pretty bow finished this card.
Sami Stamps was the sponsor of this challenge and
her adorable image is so cute I loved making this card.

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 326

Challenge 326 - my favorite medium

Now for the challenge FUN from Tuesday Throwdown
and our awesome sponsor, Bugaboo Stamps!
Here's my card for the challenge.
My favorite medium always seems to be Copic Markers.
They are so versatile and easy to work with. Coloring
this cute (?) couple, from Bugaboo Stamps, was fun.
Yep, this will be my anniversary card in August (If I can
remember where I save it! LOL) Good thing I married
a man with a wonderful sense of humor! hehe. Sadly,
they even look like us, sort of. I'm blonde and my man
is bald. We're quite a pair...for the past 44 years.
Mainly, for this card, I colored the image and added
the layers, including one embossed layer, and raised
up the sentiment. I added some glaze to their glasses
and that was the finishing touch.

Here's my card for the challenge!
Bugaboo Images are so cute and fun to color and this was no
exception. Again, my card is multiple layers with the main
image colored with my Copic markers. I added a bit of my
sparkle pen to the wings of the dragonfly and I used my FSJ
Glaze on the "U Rock" to make it POP!
I had a couple of flowers that matched perfectly so they
needed to be added. It was a simple card and I think
it turned out ok. You have to love Bugaboo Stamps
They are just so cute!

Here's my card for the challenge!
This card disappointed me. I do not feel I did this
adorable image justice. Sometimes I just can't seem
to get going. I could certainly tell you what I DON'T
like about this card...beginning with my color choices
but...let's move on! LOL! There isn't much to explain
on how I made this card. Copics were used (and not
very well) to color my mouse image. I think I need
to practice coloring this image more to do it justice.

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 324 - Winter Critters

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New
Year holiday. I know I did. Each day is a gift and filled
with God's unlimited blessings! What joy!

Now for the challenge FUN from Tuesday Throwdown
and our awesome sponsor, Kitty Bee Designs!
Here's my card for the challenge.
I really enjoyed these two adorable "winter critters" and
found coloring them with my Copic markers was super
easy.  I fussy cut them out and raised one up for POP!
My snowy embossed red cardstock was sprayed
with sparkle spray to give it a wonderful shimmer. I die
cut a few snow flakes (raising one using a pop dot)
and a swirl for a snowy effect. The critters are actually
holding snowballs, I think, but I wanted them to look
like bells or ornaments so I used a gold sparkle pen and
a glaze to make them pop.
Adding the gems was the final touch and then putting
together my layers to finish the card.

Challenge 1701
All PIP challenges are ANYTHING GOES!
Head over and join in the fun NOW!

Here's my card for the challenge!
I loved coloring this image! I will say it was a bit of a
challenge for me but it turned out nice...I think? lol
I started coloring the image using Pan Pastels but it
was a bit bland so I had to use Copics to bring up the
color POP! Some layering and a twine bow and pearl
completed the card!!  Remember ANYTHING GOES
so join in the challenge with us!! Hugs
