This is me when I realized that I made a 

card from the wrong sponsor this week.

SIGH!!!

All I can say is that there were toooooo

many birthdays in the last 2 weeks.

That's my excuse, 

Grandson's 7th, Daughter 2's 48th

and Daughter 1's 50th.  Whew. 

My apologies to Sheepski Designs...I 

had lots of goodies I could have used too.

using "Botanical Duo"

Card 1

Pretty simple creation once I found the

perfect background paper. The entire

stamp filled the whole card front. 

I did have to blacken up the stamped

image. Not sure why I couldn't get it

inked enough and I was using the Misti.

So, basically, it was a single stamp card

and some glitter pen added to the water...

and the added banner and a couple of 

coordinating layers 

and done!

Card 2

using "Botanical Duo"

I used the awesome Botanical Duo

die cut with black cardstock. The 

floral background paper was a nice, soft

fill-in for the black frames. I took another

GKD stamp set and used the "Happy 

Birthday." I had to cut the long clear stamp

so I could fit it on the card. That's an

advantage I use with clear stamps.

A couple of little heart and daisy

embellishments finished the outside.

Inside was easy peasy!
