 Go check them out now!
Here's my card!
Yes, usually I do a pretty simple card, but
as complex as this looks it was very easy
when I used Lawn Fawn products. First,
I stamped several pumpkins, the cute
scarecrow and the crows on white cardstock.
I stamped the scarecrow two more times
on two different pattern papers so I could
paper piece the pants, hat band and shirt.
I colored all my images with Copic markers.
die cut the leaves, hills, grass, and the
tree backdrop. I did fussy cut out all the
other images...probably the most time
consuming but I don't mind cutting.
Then I began the fun part of putting the
card together. I used mounting tape to
give depth and dimension to the card.
I cut the Many Thanks sentiment to put
it in two lines. Best part of clear stamps
is the ability to cut them and still be
able to use them as they were meant to
be used. I added some tiny buttons, and
no, I didn't thread them, to the overalls.

Polkadoodles
Be sure to pop over and see all the
fabulous digis, stamps and
supplies that they have!

Here's my project!
This week I made a bookmark.
The Polkadoodles' image was made
for just that, in my mind.
I colored the cutie using my Copic markers.
Once colored I used my Spectrum Noir black
Sparkle Pen! It really popped the image.
Then I cut it out. Since alcohol markers
tend to bleed through I traced the
the bookmark onto another piece of
cardstock and cut it out. I then glued it to
the back of my original image and stamped
my sentiment (MFT) and outlined it using
the sparkle pen again.
I ran the bookmark through my laminate
machine...first time I used this one...
I need practice, I guess, since it crinkled
in two places. UGH! Anyway, I punched
a hole and added twine threads to finish.

Thanks for stopping by!!

There is no official sponsor for this week's
challenge but PIP will be offering the winner a

Here's my card for this week!
I love this image from Mo Manning!
I think it reminds me of me when I'm in
Florida. Oooooh such an awful visual!
Anyway, this was basically another colored
image and some perfect background
paper, twine, and a great starfish charm.
Guess my cards are always pretty basic.
Thanks for stopping by!!

PIP Challenge 1935

Pammie's Inky Pinkies
Challenge 1935

I hope everyone one is enjoying their
Labor Day holiday. I was able to spend
my weekend with my little grandbaby,
LJ. So nice having both my daughters
and LJ's daddy, Joe, here. Good times!!
Anywaaaaay...
This week's sponsor is Gerda Steiner, where
you can find some of the cutest digis for
just about anything to meet your creative
desires. They are kindly offering $15 gift code
for this week's winner! Go check them out now!
Here's my card!
Sometimes the right background paper
can totally complete a card. I colored this
sweet little image, from Gerda Steiner,
using Copic markers. I fussy cut it out and
used mounting tape to raise it up on that
great background paper. I stamped the tiny
sentiment on the sign and that was the
finishing touch to my card, other than
creating the layers. I so love EASY!
