If you've ever had ink on your fingers, glitter on your face, glue on the side of your hand, and paper scraps in your lap, you're in the right place! This is going to be my haven from the other clutter of our world...the place God gives me to chillax, and play. My stamping, card making hideaway! This is where ideas, photos, and info sharing is the norm. And yes, ink on the pinkies is a given for me!!

-Baking-
Here's my card for the challenge!
First of all, let me say, I LOVE this little Gingerbread
gal! I printed two of these digis so I could cut out an
extra bow for my cute ginger gal. I picked out my
papers first so I could decide how to color the image.
Sometimes I do things really weird when I'm creating.
I colored the image with Copics. I added sparkle pens
to the white on the gingerbread gal and my little dots
on the cardstock. I colored the extra bow, making a
checked design. I added a pop dot to the back to raise it
up for added dimension.

I die cut her into a circle before adding the bow so it
would overlap the green part of the circles. I added
some funky Christmas twine, popping up my sentiment
on top of the twine. I made a twine bow and glued
it down to complete the card.

CYP Challenge 341
always
Anything Goes!!
Here's my card for CYP Challenge 341
I decided I needed to do a Pop-Up card with this
adorable digi image from Crafty Sentiments Designs.
I cut my main card, the long way...4 1/4 x 11. I
folded it in half and cut a "wave" about 1/2 way down
the front, to make a snowy hill appearance. I colored
my snowman using Copics...I made the bird a Cardinal.
Then I fussy cut the image out and that certainly
took a bit of time. lol. Boy, I love die cuts...when available.
I used a tree stamp from A*muse Studios to create my
woodsy background. I stamped, and stamped off,
many times. I used a sponge to fill in the greens and
sponged some colors to the sky, as well, but it didn't
show up in the photos decent. Oh well. After my
image was cut out
I made the pop-up piece. I took a strip of cardstock
cut about 2" by 3/4" and folded it in quarters, making
a square. (Similar to the pic) I attached the square, on
the fold and top of my card. attached my snowman to
the front of the pop-up square accordingly. I used Stickles
to add the sparkly snow to the trees, snowman and the hills.
The sentiment was added to the front using mounting tape.
Boom, done!

CYP Challenge 339

Anything Goes!!
Here's my card for CYP Challenge 339
I used Stickles to make my snow on the mountain peaks.
I colored my Polar Bears (Two Cubs and Momma) from
ADFD. I'm a HUGE Polar Bear lover and these cuties
are awesome!! I used pop dots to raise the bears and I
stamped my sentiment and put together my layers.
First thing I did here was cut out a mountain line.
I used it for my mask so I could take FSJ Pan Pastels
and create my colorful sky. I removed the mask and
then used it for a layer of raised mountains in front.
You can't really see the dimension but it's there. :-)I used Stickles to make my snow on the mountain peaks.

Here's my card for the challenge!
Obviously I wanted to highlight the words in some way so
I thought that using the Thank You sentiment as a framing
border was a decent idea. I just stamped the words and
my delicate floral center with black ink. I just wanted a
hint of color so I used my Copics to color the tiny
flowers and leaves. FSJ Glaze was used on the leaves
and flowers.
The glaze added a nice shine and pop. Naturally I hadto add a few crystal gems before I began putting my
card layers together. It was a really simple card
but I think it the simplicity is what makes it lovely.

Craft Your Passion Challenge 337
always
Anything Goes!!
Here's my card for CYP Challenge 337
I basically made this card white on white. I die cut the
sweet tree line and added some layers of "snowy hills".
I used Fun Stampers Journey Pan Pastels for the
sky and snow colors. I used a pale blue and lavender.
I colored my cute little snow guy using Copic markers.
I took a silver pen and colored the buttons and the
band on the ornament. Some puff and Stickles to his cap.
Naturally, as long as I had the Stickles out I made use
of it all over my snow. I fussy cut my snowman and
raised him, and some of the snow layers, using pop
dots and mounting tape. I nice little "Peace on Earth"
sentiment (A*muse) stamped in black and DONE!

Now my card for Day 4
For this card I first picked out my designer
paper and cut it at an angle and attached it to a
piece of white cardstock, leaving a space between
the two so I could stamp my sentiment, 3x, through
the space. I added some ribbon and bow along
edge of the lower piece of designer paper. Then
layered it all on a matching rose colored
cardstock and then onto the main white card.
I used the stamp set Dogwood Blossoms from MFP.

Now my card for Day 3
This was a fun card to create. I found my cute little turkey
and decided that I needed to paper piece him. I did color
his hat, feet and beak area with Copics. I cut him out and
set him aside until I made my hills, sponging the edges
with brown ink. I was trying to decide what to do
with the sky when I found the leafy designer paper.
I thought that the sky around my house looks like that
a lot in the Fall. :-) I used a word bubble die cut for the
Thankful sentiment and added the main sentiment right
to the "hill". lol THANKS for stopping by!
I used the stamp set I Am Thankful from MFP.

Any card that requires my coloring "skills", and I use
that term loosely, it takes me lots of time. This rose
was no exception. I fussy cut it out and raised it up
on my pink checked designer paper, after I added
my sparkly green (yes, it's green) ribbon. I just
added my sentiment to the lower corner and that was it!
I used the stamp set ROSES from MFP.

-Add a Border-
Here's my card for the challenge!
Our sponsor, Conie Fong Art has some super cute
images. Be sure to go visit them and check them all out.
I picked "Joy To The World" to create my card.
I just wasn't sure what border, or type of border
I wanted to use with this cute little penguin. I finally
settled on leafy vine border adding a couple of
poinsettias in the corner. I colored my little icy
friend with Copics and embossed the main white
piece of cardstock. The rest was all just different
layers of cardstock. I added a dotted edge/border
around the penguin. I used a sparkle pen to bling
up the snow, furry hat trim and the "JOY".
