Crafter's Companion Card

I must say that working with the great
products from Crafter's Companion make
my crafting so much fun.
I was using Spectrum Noir ColourBlend pencils, Blending
Stumps and Gamsol to color this awesome
stamped image from the "Time Flies" set.
Spectrum Noir - Pencil Blending StumpsSpectrum Noir Blending Solution - 4oz Bottle
Working with the pencils is so simple and
they blend beautifully! I added a bit of color
on around part of the outer image and blended
it out. I added some Gold Spectrum Noir Sparkle
pen to the watch for the touch of bling and
using a Silver Sparkle pen I gave the chain some glitz.
I stamped the image an extra time so I could
color and cut out some additional butterflies
to raise up and give the needed dimension.
To finish the watch I used some crystal lacquer
to give my watch face dimension.
I created my layering using Gold sparkle and
Gold mirror cardstock from Crafter's Companion
and some black cardstock. Watch for, and shop,

Here's my card!

I printed out two images and colored them using my
Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens and used a cute
sentiment from Gina K. It worked perfectly with
this cute little Sasayaki Glitter image. I cut out the
front penguin and package and raised it up for the
ideal dimension. I mounted the image onto some
lovely green sparkle paper and DONE!

For a perk, I switched the image to the other side
and created my own sentiment, although, I did
LOVE the sentiment that came with the image.
You can see it HERE. I colored my image with
Spectrum Noir Marker and used a SN sparkle pen
and some glaze to bling it up. A couple of layers
and that pretty much completes my card!

How easy was this card??? VERY easy! I printed
that adorable little mouse and colored it with my
Copic marker and fussy cut him out. I embossed
a piece of white cardstock and stamped my
sentiment. I mounted it on to a pretty piece of silver
sparkle cardstock from Crafter's Companion. I then
added my mouse with mounting tape and used a
bit of Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen to bling him up!

I printed a background of MHK snowflakes
and added some blue sparkle pen from
Spectrum Noir. I printed my image and sentiment.
I colored my snowman using Copic markers and
used a clear SN sparkle pen to really bling it up.
I mounted the sentiment on a piece of sparkle

Here's my card!

Fun fun fun!! Yep, I'm tired of making Christmas cards and
I'm already thinking BEACH, even though I won't see that
until the end of January, BUT, this funny digi from Bugaboo
(that I had in my HUGE collection of their digis)
gave me inspiration and a smile. Nothing to this. I printed
the digi and added my own sentiment (for mailing to a friend
while I'm in FL on the beach and she's in WI snow) and
colored it using Copic markers. A little dotted edging and
added some glaze to the glasses, and done!

I used a great background stamp of winter trees. After the
ink dried I stamped my leaves and sentiment with VersaMark
and embossed them with gold embossing powder. I added a
couple of gems to the corners and attached my layers.

So happy to have Newton's Nook as our sponsor this week!

Great die cuts too!
Be sure to check them out!

Here's my card!
Such fun little stamps from Newton's Nook!!
I just had a lot of fun coloring each little stamped
image and fussy cutting them out. Then it was just
a matter of creating my scene. The sentiment was from
another set, but my memory doesn't work, so we may
never know which one, but it was perfect with this
scene. I wish this was the season we were just entering
instead of COLD winter but the card makes me smile.

Here's my card!

Such a pretty images from MHK Designs!!
I think I mixed and matched some of my sets from
MHK and added my own "Thank You, Lord!" I used
Copics to color the leaves and acorns. Mynn's images
have "shading" already on the images and it makes
coloring them so much easier. I used a gold leafing
pen to border my sentiments and the green background.
I embossed my green cardstock and glued down the
sentiments and one of the acorns. The leaves and
all other acorns were attached using mounting tape.

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 366

Challenge 366 - Spooktacular

I'm so glad you stopped by since this will be my last
Tuesday Throwdown Challenge as a Design Team
member. It's been a fabulous run with a great group of
DT friends! I'm stepping down to be able to spend more
time on other projects important to me, PIP Challenges
and Crafter's Companion coloring team. I'll be joining
in the challenges at Tuesday Throwdown as time permits.

Now for the challenge FUN from Tuesday Throwdown
and our awesome sponsor, Lawn Fawn!

Here's my card for this week's challenge!
I really love Lawn Fawn and this little stamp set is just too
cute!! I needed something that was Spooktacular, at the time,
the other Halloween stamps were unavailable and then I
spotted this adorable set, Holiday Party Animal. First of all I
stamped my racoon, three times. One I colored, with Copic
markers, and cut out. One I just cut out to use as a mask,
and the third went on my main card front. I stamped one
of the little pumpkins to use as a mask too. Then I let the
masking begin! I used one little pumpkin in the racoon's
hand. My sentiment came from MFP. I dotted around the
image, added some whisker dots, and some shadowing to
complete the image. I found some great pumpkin background
paper and used some black cardstock for layering.

Thanks for stopping by and consider
