So happy to have Di's Digis as our sponsor this week?
They have some fun designs! Be sure to check them out!
I stamped my Tim Holtz image and sentiment and
colored it with Copic markers, adding some glaze for the
eyes. My dots/circles were added by applying ink to
my dabbers. I mounted the white to a piece of matching
green to finish of the card. It was a very simple card.

Thanks for stopping by!!

What's not to love about Bugaboo Stamps? They have some
fun designs! You must check them out! I wanted to keep
this card "my" kind of CAS. lol I printed the image in the
lower left corner. I colored it using Spectrum Noir markers.
I added a die cut Hello. Sorry I can't remember where it's
from...silly me! Layering is what makes "my" CAS cards
not quite CAS, but I LOVE my layers!

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 352

Challenge 352 - Tic Tac Toe

Now for the challenge FUN from Tuesday Throwdown
and our awesome sponsor, Sparkle N Sprinkle!
Here's my card for the challenge.
My choices for the Tic Tac Toe were Ribbon or Twine,
Sparkle (glitter/bling), Gold. Gave me the diagonal WIN!
lol I printed the images, which are lovely, and colored it
using my Copic markers and cut it out. I ran a piece of
white cardstock through an embossing folder and
attached it to a piece of purple and gold cardstock. I
made some corners our of some printed cardstock and
raised them up using mounting tape. I added a piece
of gold ribbon.
I added my mounted butterfly, after adding a touch of a
sparkle pen to it. Naturally...some gems for the
flower centers. :-)

Newton's Nook has some fun designs, stamps and
dies cuts!  You must check them out! I made this card for
a friend's birthday...needless to say, he loves golfing.
Believe it or not, the hills and tree were actually die cut
out of a GREEN piece of paper, NOT khaki colored. lol!
I colored my images using Copic markers and raised
them up with mounting tape. Simply done!

Fabrika Fantasy has some fun designs and coloring
pages! You must check them out! I had fun trying
to do this cute little image justice. I used Copic markers
to color. I added a bit of blue or green glitter pens
to bring out the color in their eyes.
I think the background pattern paper was perfect
for making the image pop! I found some great
little matching dots for accents and added dotted lines
around the entire image and mounted it on black. Then it
was just a matter of assembling the card. That's it!

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 350

Challenge 350 - Monster Mash

Now for the challenge FUN from Tuesday Throwdown
and our awesome sponsor, Sayaki Glitter!

Here's my card for the challenge.
Isn't this little "monster" adorable??? He's just too cute!
I embossed a piece of white cardstock and raised it up
using mounting tape. Once I printed this cute little guy,
I colored the image using Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens.
I love those pens!! It gave my creature a great effect!
All I had to do after that was match up some coordinating
cardstocks and complete my layers. I added a flower
embellishment from Fun Stampers Journey.
Be sure to check out Sasayaki Glitter for more great images!

Here's my card for the challenge!
I love playing with Sparkle N Sprinkle!  I used the the
image "I love you a latte" and copied it over and over
to create my background. I colored my coffee with
Spectrum Noir markers and cut it out. I attached some
black cardstock and cut it out again, leaving a black edge.
By adding some Fun Stampers glaze to the "coffee" it
created a great shine. I took a SN Sparkle pen
and shimmered up the coffee steam for some glitz.
The coffee cut was raised up using pop dots for the dimension
and then I put my layers together and that was it!

Creative Juices Flowing With Crafter's Companion

I will be trying to give a decent tutorial
and promote the awesome products that
C.C. has to offer. Be sure to check out
their website! You won't be disappointed!
Here's a card I made for Crafter's Companion.
For this card I used the following goodies from CC.
(photos don't always show exact color options
of item used in the making of the project)
This was such a snappy, simple card to make. It's
all just die cutting out the Sassy Shoe, from the
Signature Collection Glamour. I used pink and
brown cardstock and glued them randomly on the
main card front. I added some matching satin ribbon
and used a bit of thread, tying it in the middle. I
had just the right sentiment to add, raising it up
using mounting tape, in the center of the ribbon.
I added pink and brown gems to each of the
shoes for the ideal bling to complete my card.
 Thanks for stopping by!

The adorable little lovebirds are from
Sheena's Tropical Set. I used the SN pencil pad,
which makes the blending of the ColourBlend pencils
so easy. The fun part was "making" the colors
to use. Blue & yellow, for the greens etc. The
blending solution and pencil accessories were
awesome! Here's a bit of a close up of the coloring.
I found some perfect flowers to add to my card
and put my layering together to complete it.

More Crafter's Companion

Here's a card I made for Crafter's Companion.
For this card I used the following goodies from CC.
(photos don't always show exact color options
of item used in the making of the project)

In the making of this card, I first cut the card
base into a 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" and rounded the
corners. I cut the colored piece of cardstock
a 1/4" smaller than main piece. I embossed
the colored piece on each vertical edge. I took
a piece of white tulle and taped it to the back
of the colored/embossed card front. I took a
bit of thread and tied the tulle in the middle.
Once the "bride" was die cut I attached her to
the tulle, using glue dots. Then I added pearls
to her, and the main card. I found a perfect
little bow, with a pearl and added it to her dress.
For the inside I used some great die cuts from
Crafter's Companion Signature Collection
Glamour. I added a sentiment to complete the card.
