If you've ever had ink on your fingers, glitter on your face, glue on the side of your hand, and paper scraps in your lap, you're in the right place! This is going to be my haven from the other clutter of our world...the place God gives me to chillax, and play. My stamping, card making hideaway! This is where ideas, photos, and info sharing is the norm. And yes, ink on the pinkies is a given for me!!

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 322
Tuesday Throwdown
Challenge 322
Challenge 322
-Baking-
Here's my card for the challenge!
First of all, let me say, I LOVE this little Gingerbread
gal! I printed two of these digis so I could cut out an
extra bow for my cute ginger gal. I picked out my
papers first so I could decide how to color the image.
Sometimes I do things really weird when I'm creating.
I colored the image with Copics. I added sparkle pens
to the white on the gingerbread gal and my little dots
on the cardstock. I colored the extra bow, making a
checked design. I added a pop dot to the back to raise it
up for added dimension.

I die cut her into a circle before adding the bow so it
would overlap the green part of the circles. I added
some funky Christmas twine, popping up my sentiment
on top of the twine. I made a twine bow and glued
it down to complete the card.

CYP Challenge 341
always
Anything Goes!!
Here's my card for CYP Challenge 341
I decided I needed to do a Pop-Up card with this
adorable digi image from Crafty Sentiments Designs.
I cut my main card, the long way...4 1/4 x 11. I
folded it in half and cut a "wave" about 1/2 way down
the front, to make a snowy hill appearance. I colored
my snowman using Copics...I made the bird a Cardinal.
Then I fussy cut the image out and that certainly
took a bit of time. lol. Boy, I love die cuts...when available.
I used a tree stamp from A*muse Studios to create my
woodsy background. I stamped, and stamped off,
many times. I used a sponge to fill in the greens and
sponged some colors to the sky, as well, but it didn't
show up in the photos decent. Oh well. After my
image was cut out
I made the pop-up piece. I took a strip of cardstock
cut about 2" by 3/4" and folded it in quarters, making
a square. (Similar to the pic) I attached the square, on
the fold and top of my card. attached my snowman to
the front of the pop-up square accordingly. I used Stickles
to add the sparkly snow to the trees, snowman and the hills.
The sentiment was added to the front using mounting tape.
Boom, done!
