I really like this set, Big Trees, even though I only used ONE of the trees to make my card. I started by masking in the sky and hills. Then I stamped my trees in black. The "smaller" trees were stamped by using just the top of the large pine. I colored the trees using Copic markers YG95 and G94. I then added my "lake" by masking over the lower hill and made a straight edge mask for the lake. I sponged in the blue, right over the trees and all. It didn't affect the colors of the trees at all. Then I stamped and cut out one large tree and mounted it on the right. The "Happy Birthday" sentiment came from MFP stamp set "Island Life" and glued (over a mistake) to front. Thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to check out all the other great blogs below! Remember to comment!
