I want to thank Crafty Girl Creations

I began by coloring my images, using Copic markers.
I colored two of the yellow balloon so I could cut it out
raise it up using mounting tape later. I sponged some
blue ink to the sky and added a green scrap to make
my green hill. I created my sentiment in Microsoft
Word and die cut it out and edged with a Copic marker.
Then it was just a matter of layering and raising up my
extra balloon. Naturally I added some gem for bling
and...
