MFP Stamps Challenge 14

MFP Stamps Challenge 14
CAS - Rain
Cards can not have more than 1 other full layer
besides the card base. There needs to be a one stamped
image as your focal point. There needs to be lots
of white or open space.

Here's my sample card as a design team member for Mark's Finest Papers! Thanks for looking and head on over to JOIN IN the challenge fun!
I made a block of clouds, using a black ink,
stamping off once then stamping twice to
to create the layer look of clouds. I stamped
the boot and colored it using Copic markers.
I cut it out and added it to the card and then
used a clear lacquer to create a vinyl look
for the boots. I added my sentiments and
that was it!

Stamp I used from MFP is:
Rain Clouds
